Nourish + Flow [Mindfulness]
In this workshop, you will explore how to move, eat, and live with mindfulness. The first half of the workshop consists of a 45-minute slow flow yoga practice with a focus on mindful movement. During the accompanying interactive lesson on nutrition and lifestyle, you will then learn how to take this mindfulness off the mat and onto your plate as you explore mindful eating. Get excited to try some delicious healthy plant-based snacks… that we will eat mindfully, of course!
